1. Nothing like paying bills and it not showing that money minused from your total.The app works fine for checking account balances and transfers but mobile check deposit doesn't work with my phone anymore.

8. Not sure if they changed something but now my phone camera never comes into focus when asked to take pictures of the check.

9. front is first, it takes the photo, then immediately does something that makes the image illegible.

10. Doesn't happen on any other banking app I use and I know it's not my camera that's the issue.

11. No option to enable flash while taking a picture of check.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TTCU Issues

1. Fix TTCU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TTCU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TTCU App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TTCU" » Open TTCU Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TTCU » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TTCU Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TTCU servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TTCU Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TTCU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TTCU might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TTCU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TTCU then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TTCU not working


2. Fix TTCU Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TTCU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TTCU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TTCU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
