1. Clearly, this app is faulty and unreliable.This is the WORST app of any app I've ever used!!! Frequently says "The amount you entered did not match the amount detected." although it does! If it's not that it has a problem with something else like being able to read the picture! It doesn't matter which device I try to use.

2. I rate it 5 stars.Overall, this is a good app with some useful features, but I keep having an issue with mobile deposits: when photographing the check, the app crops out too much from the sides, cropping out important information like the issuer's name, account info, check #, & date issued.

3. This problem really needs to be fixed asap.I am a 20 year customer of this bank, and do not do investing, stock trading or much else but a simple checking account with debit card.

4. This took a lot of my time 02/01 - 02/07 and energy just to make sure all conditions [ATM 🏧 Receipts, Deposit Function Ability, Online Statement] were met to process the payment.

5. But one thing it does best is allow me to move money easily from savings to checking and to use that for immediate use seconds really*I prefer the application you had before this one.

6. When I need to make an internal transfer from my checking to savings or check my balance, the app will crash.

7. I've deleted the app multiple times, cleared cache multiple times, force stopped etc... I can count on 1 hand as to how many times I've been able to use it for intended purposes.

8. The new accounting system update on 02/07/2023 is / was experiencing data loss, affecting transactions from 02/03/2023 and today.

9. Once again I'm going to have to go to the bank because the app is pretty much worthless for depositing checks.It's slow but very manageable, fast on transactions.

10. I don't want to go through this hassle again.There was a technical issue that prevent me from logging in when I first downloaded this app, it's not exactly pretty or modern but I suppose it will get the job done when you finally manage how use it.

11. IBC goes to great lengths to make me feel better about the security of their app.. the refresh rate on purchases is very slow and I find myself suddenly in the red.

1. Fix IBC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IBC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IBC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IBC" » Open IBC Mobile Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IBC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IBC Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IBC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IBC Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IBC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IBC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IBC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IBC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IBC not working

2. Fix IBC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IBC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IBC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IBC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
