1. When one of the sandwiches turned out awful, I wasn't able to go back and review once I'd actually RECEIVED AND EATEN MY FOOD.This app never works properly! It's usually only good for placing online orders but even that doesn't function most of the time.
2. If you earn a reward you can't have it added to a pickup order before you actually arrive so you have to wait for it to be made.Earn rewards function is not working.
3. Tried to put several different orders through on different days and it keeps rejecting the order.Installed it, used it once, and now it won't open at all.
4. 1 Star will change to 5 stars when you fix this.It's fine - I've been using to track points for a few years and successfully used it a few days ago for a curbside pickup order.
5. What a waste of my time.This app is complete garbage, it will not scan the bar code, then when you manually type the receipt in, it claims that my receipt is invalid, and believe me, I have entered it correctly.
6. It just gives a pop-up saying that my phone's camera doesn't work (the camera works fine).
7. This app used to work great, but now when I open it, it asks me to verify my phone number.
8. Problem was that the app asked for a review of my order before I'd even gotten my food.
9. Downloaded and installed the River Rewards app, but the app would NOT run on my Android phone.
10. Sometimes adding a dessert to your order will make it so you cannot complete your order.
11. I can no longer get past this screen and the app is unusable.I got a new phone and all my apps and settings were ported over from my old phone.
