1. It's a lie! The website only gave my the month and year, and the app doesn't even give you that! PDC just flat out sucks.I have been trying to cancel this since after the 7 day dollar trial but the phone number that they gave to do that is for a different company so they keep trying to take money out of my account! That I had to freeze but yet they keep trying.. REALLY!!This app is terrible! It pulls absolutely NO information except Name, age and address! I couldn't even see the info in the reports I ran previously on the website.

2. What a rip offTotally free phone look up "they state" but it's not... As a matter of fact how can they put on there that it's free when you put in the phone number to search and it gives you no information without you paying I am disappointed to find out another one of these reverse phone lookups are not free like they state false advertising I guess I'll call the better Business bureauThis app is totally different than actually going on the website I feel that the website is actually a lot better than the app you have more options.

But at the same time the information that they have in their system even when looking up myself was years old and not up to date.History of addresses includes dates that are 100% inaccurate for all parties that I searched and honestly this app did not give me any information that I did not already know.

4. Not worth my time if it was free, definitely not worth paying for.I like the app but why does it freeze and restart when I look up a specific person?!? It makes me mad and makes me wanna delete the app.

5. Leaving it extremely vague making you wonder if it was even the same person because the information was so sparse that it could have been anybody with that name.

6. Every other person I look up it works perfect but when I look up my friend and click on his report it restart the app and loads forever.Awful. PDC's website was awful too, had more info, but that isn't saying much.

1. Fix Public Data Check Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Public Data Check: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Public Data Check App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Public Data Check" » Open Public Data Check Mobile App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Public Data Check » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Public Data Check Mobile App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Public Data Check servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Public Data Check Mobile App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Public Data Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Public Data Check might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Public Data Check. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Public Data Check then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Public Data Check not working

2. Fix Public Data Check Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Public Data Check be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Public Data Check not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Public Data Check may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
