1. Information and news could be highlighted better as well as upgrading the graph accuracy so we can lock in gains and losses more effectively.Gets me all the way to adding a bank/card and then won't send the email for me to confirm my address.
2. DO NOT USE! It might be easy to get started, but once you want to withdraw your funds none of the options on the app work.
3. I went around in circles repeatedly entering my bank information trying to withdraw without a fee and to no avail.
4. They literally took shares away or made them magically disappear from my all time gain.
5. I tried to withdraw via debit card--the card saved on file for deposits--and it repeatedly failed for no reason.
6. I have THOUSANDS of dollars on this app and seemingly no way to withdraw them and ZERO assistance.I like the app as a beginner investor, but as I started to learn more you see the limitations.
7. Things were great in the beginning and then it felt less and less transparent as time went on.
8. I've been trying to fix this app for 2 hours but no matter what solution I try 2 minutes later there is another error message or restriction.
9. Beware.Shady business practices, moving from an optional opt-in "tip" structure to a default fee that forces you to opt out (if you remember).
10. No customer service number or email texting chat.
11. Eventually noticed there were some errors on the notifications page that wouldn't go away, so I assumed there was something wrong with the app and reinstalled it so see if that made a difference.
