Dynamo Customer Insights

1. This is actually the best watermark logo app out there so far! It actually does what it says unlike any other watermark apps, it's a proper watermark app because it also has the Opacity option to add a fade to the watermark but I really want you to add the still picture watermark feature plz and also when u preview your video it's no problem but when u finalize it then preview my screen was black but the video wasnt black in the first place, if u fix that then I'll re-rate this app as a 5 star!!Really love the ease of use, although the one time payment is little high but still it is worth to pay for someone who really needs it.

2. Once i was adding a watermark on a video of 400 mb when the process completed the file size is 1200+ mb while the video quality was same as the original video.

3. Wasting people's time AS IF ANYONE HAS THAT KIND OF TIME now!!!App is better but when watermark adding process is completed sometimes file size increases 3 times or 4 times for same quality of videos .

Disappointing 🙁A great app until you try to save it , and it takes hours to process a 20min video, actually I have never succeeded in completing the process, EDIT ...as a test I tried a 3min video and it processed it in less than a min, no notable loss in quality, will try it on a longer oneThank you.

5. Have to use "open with" from File ManagerJust used this to place a watermark on one of my videos.

11. This corrupt both Twitter notifications & Analytics not visible with TWs containing Dynamo files.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Dynamo Issues

1. Fix Dynamo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Dynamo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Dynamo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dynamo" » Open Dynamo - Animated Video Waterm » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dynamo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Dynamo - Animated Video Waterm app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dynamo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dynamo - Animated Video Waterm" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Dynamo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dynamo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Dynamo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dynamo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dynamo not working


2. Fix Dynamo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dynamo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dynamo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dynamo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
