Priority Pass Customer Insights

1. I can guarantee you that your users are trying to get into lounges instead of ordering food that's going to get cold at take outs when you can simply walk to the restaurant instead .Updated review on 3/17, recent update now adds an option for Airport Takeout, that is not related to priority pass, or any benefits from priority pass.

2. Update: your reply is disingenuous, you can read specifics in my initial review, you can easily fix but choose to exploit...What happened to the digital card? I used to be able to open the app and view my digital membership card but now it is gone.

3. Perhaps this was a mistake in a recent update? I appreciate being able to find lounges at airports, but it is frustrating to have to click on every terminal to find one.

4. It suggests getting takeout at locations they have no club! App is OK but doesn't cache your membership number so if you are overseas without wifi you can't show your card! Besides that the overall program has gone downhill.

5. Finally went to the website to get the electronic version of my ID card before the app finally finished loading.The app is okay for functionality, but limited lounges available to access lessens the value.

6. When viewing a new airport, priority pass showed options at every terminal and connector, after viewing the options, most only had this BS Airport Takeout.

7. A saving grave was the ability to get credit at a restaurant but they've taken that away too in most places.Worthless: unavailable in most airports and terminals, overly busy where available.

8. Now you are forced to tap each and every terminal at all airports only to get worthless airport take out advertisements.

9. In my experience, many domestic airports either don't have a lounge at all, or it's in the international terminal and not accessible during layovers.

10. I have been a priority pass customer for 5 years, and have not been able to get in a lounge for at least 2 years.

11. In many airports there aren't even any lounges anymore, just "retail offerings" ie, ads.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Priority Pass Issues

1. Fix Priority Pass Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Priority Pass: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Priority Pass App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Priority Pass" » Open Priority Pass™ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Priority Pass » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Priority Pass™ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Priority Pass servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Priority Pass™" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Priority Pass app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Priority Pass might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Priority Pass. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Priority Pass then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Priority Pass not working


2. Fix Priority Pass Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Priority Pass be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Priority Pass not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Priority Pass may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
