1. Please look into fixing this!What bothers me the most (apart from the occasional technical glitches, good content search option beside the use of tags) is that the MyPreSonus app is available on playstore, yet we cannot use Google Pay as a purchase option from its integrated Presonus Store.

2. As usual Presonus it an excellent and complete audio solution vendor from end to end.Very helpful app, and makes it quick and easy to search, buy, and register products.

3. One would think an app dedicated to audio recording and production, and that is associated with a "professional" DAW, would not be worse than my stock phone audio recorder.I was made aware of this app from Presonus' recent user survey and I must say I'm a little disappointed.

4. As is the board that it controls.what the app currently misses is a section to manage licenses and seats similar to the web interface where one can access license information and activate/deactivate seats.

1. Fix MyPreSonus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyPreSonus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyPreSonus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyPreSonus" » Open MyPreSonus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyPreSonus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyPreSonus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyPreSonus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyPreSonus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyPreSonus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyPreSonus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyPreSonus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyPreSonus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyPreSonus not working

2. Fix MyPreSonus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyPreSonus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyPreSonus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyPreSonus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
