1. Please help because of the other website that I used to access my card information says it is shutting down and that we need to register here to get our info in the future.Takes forever to load, and when it finally does, it says "Unable to fetch data".

5. The system does not allow mean to use the checkbox for agreeing to the terms and conditions which means I can't log all the way in I have tried it on my phone, computer and through the app from the Play Store.

6. Most of us have no option but tonise these cards that are given to us, and it's unethical to have an app that doesn't work so the customer is likely to manage the funds poorly.The app used to be fast as all get out.

7. This app assumes the new card will get there in a week but with the downgrades at the USPS, it took 12 days and in the meantime I couldn't access my money like I could before, but I can again.

8. it's very annoying not being able to look at my funds on my phone with the app because the app isn't working.The apps constantly crashes and closes out.

9. The website has blocked my IP address and the customer support doesn't seem to do anything about it.

10. Wish they sent the card sooner, it got here on the last day of the month that the old one expired and it's a 31 day month.

11. It's very unfortunate considering the card I use through them was given to me by my employer.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyDashCard Issues

1. Fix MyDashCard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyDashCard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyDashCard App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyDashCard" » Open MyDashCard » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyDashCard » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyDashCard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyDashCard servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyDashCard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyDashCard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyDashCard might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyDashCard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyDashCard then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyDashCard not working


2. Fix MyDashCard Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyDashCard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyDashCard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyDashCard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I had to get a new card when they turned off my card they also shut down my online spp so i could not access anything onlineI waited 1 month and the new card came I activated it and them I tried to put in the proxy number they provided and it said that the proxy number was invalid I tried the debit card number and it said the same n thing.
