1. But then when I syncronise to this app it doesn't add to the catalog what you edited in the desktop so if you added a stamp it will not be in the catalog and stuck with their entry and pictures.

4. I wish I could directly add a stamp to my collection when viewing its own profile.British database is in Frenchy and stops at 2002Nice app.

5. There are no stamp images for the USA catalog, even though I have a premium version.

11. BUT!!!!! COSTS TO USE IT.

1. Fix MC-Stamps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MC-Stamps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MC-Stamps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MC-Stamps" » Open MC-Stamps » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MC-Stamps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MC-Stamps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MC-Stamps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MC-Stamps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MC-Stamps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MC-Stamps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MC-Stamps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MC-Stamps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MC-Stamps not working

2. Fix MC-Stamps Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MC-Stamps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MC-Stamps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MC-Stamps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
