1. Used fingerprint for login, app asks security questions everytime I log in even if I toggle "remember device" and if you fail the questions it automatically blocks my account and I have to spend another 20 minutes trying to set up everything again.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Mi Banco Issues

1. Fix Mi Banco Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Mi Banco: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Mi Banco App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mi Banco" » Open Mi Banco Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mi Banco » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mi Banco Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mi Banco servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mi Banco Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Mi Banco app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mi Banco might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Mi Banco. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mi Banco then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mi Banco not working
