Then they started ignoring the word refund, especially when I never received what I needed.currently using this in preparation for my CNA state Prometric exam... very informative but dont use it as your only form of study because if you dont have the extended version the questions repeat and you're answering like the same 10 everytime.

2. When contacting them to ask for a refund, after not receiving the paid version for 3+ wks, they said the error has just been fixed.

1. Fix CNA Pocket Prep Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CNA Pocket Prep: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CNA Pocket Prep App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CNA Pocket Prep" » Open CNA Pocket Prep » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CNA Pocket Prep » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CNA Pocket Prep app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CNA Pocket Prep servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CNA Pocket Prep" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CNA Pocket Prep app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CNA Pocket Prep might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CNA Pocket Prep. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CNA Pocket Prep then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CNA Pocket Prep not working
