1. BTown was always the only Casino that had the southern hospitality charm experience now it's just going down like the others.Penn is awful the promotions SUCK when it was my choice I had 50 / 100 slot play per month plus 50 in food but since PENN took over its like 10 $ total aweek.

3. Yes, I know that in order to play the slots with PENN cash you need to be at the casino, but it still would've been nice to know this ahead of time.Their promotion to get $10 mycash for downloading the app is complete bs.

4. Cut the job off and save some money.Since the switch to PENN there's been a huge difference in how the app shows promotions and lack of promotions at the casino the website doesn't list anything going on under the event calendar for May.

5. Total joke.The app works fine but some of the features require you to be physically at one of the PENN Play casino locations to access.

6. In order to access the PENN Wallet you need to be at the casino to set it up, otherwise the PENN Wallet button does not show! On the plus side once you have it set up the button stays there.

7. Also multiple free Penn cash and free play drawings weekly.

8. When you call the casino you stay on HOLD until its rerouted to Hollywood Casino then they are rude and can't help you or put you on an endless hold loop until you hang up.

9. It worked fine before, so I'm not sure why rebranding made it break.I live 10 minutes from a Hollywood brick and mortar I get better comps and promo's here than any other loyalty program.

1. Fix PENN Play Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PENN Play: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PENN Play App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PENN Play" » Open PENN Play » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PENN Play » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PENN Play app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PENN Play servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PENN Play" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PENN Play app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PENN Play might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PENN Play. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PENN Play then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PENN Play not working

2. Fix PENN Play Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PENN Play be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PENN Play not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PENN Play may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
