PS Remote Play Customer Insights

1. I'm fine using my phone if I had to, but I'd like the ability to play on a bigger screen.Fantastic when it works, frustrating when it doesn't.

2. Now, it doesn't want to connect to my wifi, NOR does it link to my system manually! I don't even know how many times I tried to get it to start synching again, but I've literally spent (at least) a total of 1 HOUR trying EVERYTHING I could possibly think of to get the app paired to my system.

3. It's very annoying and I don't know how to make it work.On screen controller doesn't work for every game I've tried.

4. Lag isn't too bad, much better with a controller than trying to use on-screen controls which don't seem to register multiple touch points at the same time (using a "control stick" and pressing "X" at the same time for example).

5. It's about time to add the ability to configure and customize the on screen controller buttonsThe app constantly loses connection with my ps4, and I have good internet, so it's not the problem.

6. I've already got all the buttons I thought I'd need, but when a game requires a tap of the touch pad on the ps5 controller, you need to use the phones screen.

7. I'm running a Pixel 7 Pro, so I don't think it's a phone issue, but maybe? Seems to have really started last week...hope this is something Sony can fix. With the Backbone finally released for Android, they should really add some user interface options.

8. I don't like the idea of both the visuals and my input being streamed over the internet, since that's just another thing with delay.Ps Remote Play used to be very convenient.

9. When I pair the dualsense controller via Bluetooth, still doesn't work properly.

10. Haven't tried it with a ps4.Giving a two star because when I first got this app, it worked great with a controller.

11. You have to connect your controller to your phone.
