1. I probably look like an idiot, taking pictures of plants surrounding the local Dennys, but Im enjoying myself.Plant identification is very tricky, this app gives various suggestions, then you have to identify the real one.

2. So far, it has shown me what I wanted to know, every time an excellent and useful app.Wow really? Just installed and an ad before the app even opens, another after title screen, a warning, only 2 pictures left - I assume as it flashed by quite fast, and then another ad, only to lead to this "Please Rate Me".

1. Fix Plantid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Plantid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Plantid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Plantid" » Open Plantid - Plant Identification » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Plantid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Plantid - Plant Identification app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Plantid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Plantid - Plant Identification" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Plantid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Plantid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Plantid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Plantid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Plantid not working

2. Fix Plantid Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Plantid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Plantid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Plantid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
