Switching to landscape to use drawing tools will be so much annoying.Great interface, live the percentage sliders and these ease and swiftness of being able to set orders and click 5% 10% etc rather typing out my prices from scratch saves a lot of time and helps to not miss trades fiddling around in the menu like I do on other exchangesIf you're looking to trade crypto, don't do it with Phemex.

Furthermore, stop limit orders stopped working.So far the App has worked excellent for me, the only thing is that I can't customize the settings of the indicators on the charts.Pretty good overall great customer service anytime I've had an issue with anything it's been resolved on the spot with the customer hotline.

3. Although I still recommend the full desktop platform for most ocassions, I'm still quite happy with the functionality of this app.It would be great if add basic drawing tools- vertical line, rectangular box, horizontal line and Fibonacci retracement.

11. I opened two different accounts that have only been a waste of money.

1. Fix Phemex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Phemex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Phemex App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Phemex" » Open Phemex: Crypto & BTC Trading » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Phemex » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Phemex: Crypto & BTC Trading app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Phemex servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Phemex: Crypto & BTC Trading" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Phemex app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Phemex might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Phemex. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Phemex then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Phemex not working

2. Fix Phemex Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Phemex be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Phemex not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Phemex may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
