Clear interface and easy to use.An Awesome everyday app, I'd recommend this to students or anyone who has alot on their plate, i promise you install this and you'll never miss out on any of your activities, missing a reminder feature though, the last update was in 2017 come on guys finish what you started your sleeping on something legit.I've been using this app for a couple years, it is great.

2. Using it since past 2 years n happy.. Though 1 thing they can improve is that if u want to delete a category or sub-category u can't unless all the entries are deleted n the problem is we hv to delete all the entries individually.. Plz add an option of delete all entries in 1 go so that it's easier to delete the sub-categories or else it just clutters up all the entries...Great app.

3. I'd prefer more export options in terms of file type but its still a great app.This app is no longer supported, but I've been using it for a few years now and would be absolutely lost without it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Logs Issues

1. Fix My Logs Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Logs: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Logs App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Logs" » Open My Logs » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Logs » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Logs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Logs servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Logs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Logs app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Logs might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Logs. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Logs then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Logs not working


2. Fix My Logs Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Logs be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Logs not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Logs may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
