1. So everything I did is gone smh Hopefully someone can help me but n till then it's only a 1 star.Very upset... I have been using my card for over a year now... I scan it every single time I buy anything at admiral... so one day I asked how do I use my points... I was told, download the app, link the card... pick what you want to use points on... easy peasy... so tonight I did that.

2. I even showed the cashiers that it's there but no place to add it in order to redeem it.Tried linking my existing fas rewards card to app.

3. I downloaded this app, I pushed the link existing card, which had over 2 grand worth of points and once I put the card number in and linked it, it set it to 180 points.

4. The app is not user friendly and no support is availableThe app will not let me add my card number so I can have my card attached to my account.

5. The in-store card reader has grabbed my payment information from Google pay using NFC without me entering my biometric bypasser anything.

6. Doesn't show any rewards that I have obtained from making purchases even though was told that it would, I still am unable to see anything in the wallet.

7. I've had this card for 6+ years and it works fine and is enrolled in fas rewards.

8. I went to two different stores and was told I can't redeem the offer unless the coupon is in my mobile wallet.

9. I have no problem telling my location, I just dont want any tracking on my phone if possible.I have a Samsung Galaxy 7 and revised app does not work, period.

10. My card has all my rewards and savings on it.

11. This is very dangerous and needs to be addressed quickly.My efforts to use the card was denied.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix fas REWARDS Issues

1. Fix fas REWARDS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart fas REWARDS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the fas REWARDS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "fas REWARDS" » Open fas REWARDS® » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for fas REWARDS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear fas REWARDS® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from fas REWARDS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "fas REWARDS®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check fas REWARDS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, fas REWARDS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall fas REWARDS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall fas REWARDS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing fas REWARDS not working


2. Fix fas REWARDS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make fas REWARDS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to fas REWARDS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, fas REWARDS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I got an email from fasrewards that said if u buy 2 bags of cinnamon toast crunch or cocoa puffs popcorn that you would get 20 cents off per gallon of gas but after doing so it didnt give me the gas discount.
