1. Useless UI that doesn't work and opens up pages on web browser and do you guys even have a ticketing system? Doesn't seem like it, the way my issue was handled.Super Convenient App > Easy access to my funds at anytime, transferring money is fast, reliable and the app interface is extremely user friendly.

The processes are hard, pages take long to render, sending documents is a nightmare, support center doesn't help, and the list could go on much longer.After reading the recent reviews, I now understand why I had to go to a verification process AGAIN when I had no issue withdrawing my funds last time.

3. Many people used to love Payoneer, but now they're moving away from it.I think Pioneer's charging system should have been based on the user's total transaction count, the more transactions they make, the more they will be charged.

1. Fix Payoneer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Payoneer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Payoneer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Payoneer" » Open Payoneer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Payoneer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Payoneer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Payoneer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Payoneer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Payoneer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Payoneer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Payoneer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Payoneer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Payoneer not working

2. Fix Payoneer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Payoneer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Payoneer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Payoneer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
