1. Since I've changed my number I've been trying to update the card to the new phone number I've done everything in my power, then I called customer service then I called the Xtrapower card each of them sent me back to the other one.
2. Card activity doesn't give correct balance and recent transactions won't display until the next day, that is not a "recent" transaction if I have to wait an entire day to see my new available balance.
3. I got the card from the Payomatic check cashing location, I received my new card with actual name in the mail when I registered...and the transfer of funds to the new card was so damn easy.
4. please fix before I cancel my services.I have funds on my card but these people keep disabling access to it "for my safety".
5. Lastly, they want to charge $15 for a money order in Payomatic locations purchased using my card.
6. I'm out of town and now have no way to use my card and I've tried to call but it's over an hour wait time.
7. After 2 transactions in a 24 hour rolling period they block your card and the only way to fix is to call.
8. Be very careful, they will not help you.I'm extremely unhappy with the XtraPower card.
9. I finally sorted the first problem but as soon as I use the card, it gets shut off AGAIN.
10. Only thing that is missing is benefits for people with the same card.
11. No problem transferring new card even has my name.
