1. is when you click "go to website" (to very slowly load some version of the web interface because the functionality is not in the mobile app) The back button in the app goes back to the main screen and you have to wait for everything to load click "go to website" again drill down to;all over again each time, again very slow! Maybe test functionality from a user perspective? Transaction descriptions and statuses are very strange.It's basic.
2. Items continue showing in the To-Do section, even though one has previously taken care of them; I have items from previous years still showing on the list! I feel they should give you the option of receiving notifications from them via text as well as email.
3. Additionally after entering the verification code (once received) into the app, it displayed an error and locked out my account!!! Now into 1 hour of time spent on calling their support team.
4. Their customer service representatives are very helpful thankfully.Dismal--after installing the APP, the verification process asks to send it to you via email or text.
5. I, for one, do not have time to look at years' accumulations of emails! They've frozen the use of my card several times because I didn't see their requests for further details.Very limited functionality.
6. This is normal & expected, however it did not work at 1st with text and again did not work sending an email at different attempts.
7. The account information on the app is nowhere close to being correct, and uploading documents is no longer user friendly.
8. Also you can't switch back & forth from other apps without this one reloading every time you go back to it, which is annoying.This is the worst financial app I've ever used.
9. Sometimes works fine to submit claims, other times claims will show as 'pending,' then just disappear after a while with no explanation and it's as if you never did it at all.
10. For example, filing a claim is a great and useful feature.
11. One section says you've verified your purchases and another says they've been denied but no information as to why or what paperwork they are looking for.
