1. Is this a scam? ReportingI put a request, for mobile groomer , using the app , got a reply, saying there was one groomer in my area and to check the app , for more details, which nothing was there regarding any info, its been four days now still no response, not happy at all , especially since y'all have my credit card information on file , I tried numerous time to delete it , and its not allowing So I will not be using this app nor your service, so please kindly tell me how I can remove my credit card from your appI would really like to have the opportunity to browse through the groomers profiles and hand pick which ones to send my request to.

2. Won't let me delete card info or account.I booked an appointment and they were a no show with zero contact through the app.

3. First groomer charges my card weeks before the appointment and dissappears from the app without a word.

4. I have called and texted them several times over the last month to have my payment information removed and my account deleted, no response.U can't go back to enter or fix everything or anything.

5. My journey into the awfulness of this app began with receiving unwanted texts within minutes of signing up, and ended when I uninstalled the app after I got a dozen texts and appointments immediately after requesting an appointment.

6. This is understandable, however, there is no option to remove your payment info after the fact and no option to delete your account.

7. No charges should be made on my credit card for any service...Extremely scammy.

8. Problem is I can't delete my card or even the account itself in this case.

9. I texted support and I was left me "wait for groomer to respond".

10. I canceled that appointment and tried getting a new mobile appointment booked.

11. They literally got my card in their app forever now and I'm extremely uncomfortable with that at this point.Requested a mobile groom and day off it switched to in home.

1. Fix Pawsh Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pawsh: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pawsh App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pawsh" » Open Pawsh: Book Dog Groomers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pawsh » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pawsh: Book Dog Groomers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pawsh servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pawsh: Book Dog Groomers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pawsh app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pawsh might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pawsh. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pawsh then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pawsh not working

2. Fix Pawsh Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pawsh be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pawsh not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pawsh may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
