Why should I report an Issue with Magic Effects for Pictures?

1. I will be giving this higher Stars as I use the app.. are there more of facts I don't know about that I have to download or buy? Please respond thank you very much Developers.this looked like a good app but like many other apps I have found like this one when you upload a picture from your gallery it automatically puts an overlay on it and gives no option to remove it.Very good.

2. Would have been much better if the main feature was optional, but you HAVE to have some swirly effect on your picture, which is not nice.you kept trying to force me to crop majority of my childs picture in order to use your app.. NO THANK YOU .

3. And the magic effects should be given the optipn of resizing...and adjusting.. not just slam an effect on picture and offer me no choice in placement or size.

4. Though I wish it can zoom out pictures.Not only does it force you to crop the photo, it automatically puts the overlays on with no option to remove it.

8. I should have a say whether or not o want my picture zoomed in that much cropping their body out and basically leaving NO POINT in using the app.

1. Fix Magic Effects Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Magic Effects: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Magic Effects App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Magic Effects" » Open Magic Effects for Pictures » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Magic Effects » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Magic Effects for Pictures app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Magic Effects servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Magic Effects for Pictures" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Magic Effects app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Magic Effects might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Magic Effects. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Magic Effects then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Magic Effects not working

2. Fix Magic Effects Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Magic Effects be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Magic Effects not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Magic Effects may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
