1. Why no picture search and why do I have to just accept disruptive adds popping up all the time? Translation isn't working at all, the interface is clunky up... I could go on.It is such a great app and helps a lot in learning the correct strokes order.

2. I just wish there was an easy way to see or compare simplified VS traditional characters in the meaning tab.a big issue is that sometimes it gives stroke orders different from other apps and books.

3. What's more there is sometimes a discrepancy between the animated character and the static order explanation stroke after stroke..please fix this problem and for sure I'll change this to 5 stars..I just downloaded this app, but I'm going to delete it.

4. 2) For writing practice, the empty space covers the word, so it's difficult to refer.terrible app that wants access to your phone calls, files on phone, contacts, photos, camera, etc.

1. Fix Chinese stroke order Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chinese stroke order: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chinese stroke order App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chinese stroke order" » Open Chinese stroke order - Write C » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chinese stroke order » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chinese stroke order - Write C app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chinese stroke order servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chinese stroke order - Write C" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chinese stroke order app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chinese stroke order might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chinese stroke order. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chinese stroke order then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chinese stroke order not working

2. Fix Chinese stroke order Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chinese stroke order be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
