You need to improve this app so that only reduced fare passengers are only allowed to purchase the reduced fare tickets.I can't ride the bus without this app..I can literally look up any route on any day and travel easily through Jacksonville!!Thank you to all the excellent drivers and the facility downtown is always kept super clean.

2. JTA, can you make it any harder to use your app for ferry tickets?!This is the greatest additional tool for JTA, you can buy a ticket or pass with the app and scan your phone.

3. I'm sure there're people who are not qualified to receive reduced fare, and they're accessing those tickets.

4. Make a reliable or app or offer options so that people can actually use your services reliable and your notoriously low ridership rates may go up.I dont know if its easy to use because it crashes every time i try to use it.

5. If I had all the answers I wouldn't need to plan the trip!!Buses rarely show up according to the schedule and often times will be delayed or complete skip a cycle with no warning given by the app at all.

6. As a reduced fare passenger, I noticed how easy it was for anyone to gain access to the reduced fare ticket.

7. Not to mention half the time the bus just doesn't show up despite the due time being clearly posted on all the signs downtown.

8. People rely on the service jta barley provides, Jacksonville should cut your contract and get someone else.This so-called up date is no different.

9. Why so much, when it is suppose to be so easy.Well first of all I recently purchased the 7 day bus pass to get back & forth to work But unfortunately I got suck at work and was home for 6 days and only use my pass one day.

10. The public transportation in this city is embarrassing to a degree which would be unacceptable in any other place and everyone involved should be ashamed of the terrible job they've done.Every single day the busses are either late or broken down.

1. Fix MyJTA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyJTA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyJTA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyJTA" » Open MyJTA » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyJTA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyJTA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyJTA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyJTA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyJTA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyJTA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyJTA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyJTA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyJTA not working

2. Fix MyJTA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyJTA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyJTA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyJTA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
