Why should I report an Issue with ParkVictoria?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of City of Victoria to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Please go back to the simple but quick previous version.Downloaded because I thought it would make it so I could connect with parking services and stop the time on my parking to get time refunded or find a way to contact someone to explain I was only there about 5 minutes because I was at the wrong building.

2. Can't add to "wallets" in anything but increments of $10, and also can't used $ from multiple wallets, so just emptying any of those wallets requires being lucky enough to need the right parking amount.

3. The way in which you tell it your parking time is confusing and takes far too many clicks to get where you want with it.

4. It would be great if there was a text chat option for those who can't phone at the time they need to speak with someone.Lousy logic in this app.

5. No thanks, I might as well go get a roll of quarters - they tend to work pretty reliably.Great app when it works, saves me time and money.

6. Adding money from a credit card is always a hassle and there is no way to remove magically appearing multiple wallets.

7. Can you make a setting that streamlines this?What the eff is a zone number? Got my employer to load $100 and then couldn't pay for parking with the app.

8. I *always* want to use an account, confirm credit charge when required, and want the max time available.

9. Occasional hiccups connecting to the mothership and notifications that parking is expiring non-functional, but usually resolved with an app restart.

10. Oh, and it doesn't tell you what the packing costs until AFTER you've selected a wallet, so you then need to go by trial and error to try to use up a "wallet".The old app was great, the "new" one not so much.

1. Fix ParkVictoria Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ParkVictoria: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ParkVictoria App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ParkVictoria" » Open ParkVictoria » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ParkVictoria » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ParkVictoria app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ParkVictoria servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ParkVictoria" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ParkVictoria app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ParkVictoria might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ParkVictoria. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ParkVictoria then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ParkVictoria not working

2. Fix ParkVictoria Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ParkVictoria be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ParkVictoria not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ParkVictoria may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
