1. How are you supposed to pay for parking conveniently if you don't have coins and the app doesn't work? The phone takes you through too many prompts.This app was extremely easy to use, until a recent update made it almost unusable to the point i received a citation.

2. Seriously, I want to pay for halves or something, I don't want to buy a whole nother hour when im on going to use 9 minutes of it!this app is easy to use, very helpful, and it seems they thought of everything I have ever needed concerning parking.

3. I park on the street daily and received a citation because the app crashed at the payment screen and I went to plug all my information in again and it said a session was already in progress, but it must have been a glitch with this clunky update because I got a ticket anyway.Works sometimes.

4. The existence of the app makes paying for parking much easier, but the most recent update removed the ability to pay parking tickets in-app.

5. Beats the purpose of having a handy app if I have to pull out coins to get time increments not as large as an hour.

6. Update... I'm now super annoyed by the inability to add time (can't do it with the 'Add Time' feature or after time has expired).

7. I am going to have to check parking apps for other cities, hopefully they are as easy to use and as functional as this one.App keeps crashing.

8. The new sliding scale to choose the time is really a hassle and makes the previous process of quickly paying a chore.

9. When you pull into a spot that has time left, you can't start a new session, had to use the change, I luckily had.

10. It was a warning citation, but really a warning that you have to take a really good look at the app before closing your phonewith the switch to the new app I was a bit confused as I had money in my app wallet from the old app and it didn't show up in my new account.

11. Update 7/10/20: this is literally the most garbage app I've ever used and you have no choice since they monopolize parking.

1. Fix ParkOmaha Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ParkOmaha: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ParkOmaha App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ParkOmaha" » Open ParkOmaha » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ParkOmaha » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ParkOmaha app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ParkOmaha servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ParkOmaha" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ParkOmaha app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ParkOmaha might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ParkOmaha. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ParkOmaha then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ParkOmaha not working

2. Fix ParkOmaha Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ParkOmaha be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ParkOmaha not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ParkOmaha may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
