1. Keep doing what your doing, also how does one refer a carpark to parkable?? No longer do I stress about parking, come 6am I reserve my space and drive and park, then all I need to worry about is coffee and the day aheadIt takes a real effort to design such an awkward UI.
2. Won't be using this app anymore.Works well enough, but the inability to disable the "remember to book your parking for next week" reminder is deeply frustrating and leads to completely disabling notifications, losing the benefit of the other (useful) ones when you're actually parked. This app should be promoted more then what you currently do, maybe a refer a friend promotion.
3. It looks like scrolling and zooming will have to become a daily routine since "favorite" is a bit dodgy and there is no option to start parking on last location from the history as it used to be in a previous version.
4. Only after deleting it and picking location from the map again (the thing shows location when I started, seemingly ignoring current location from the phone - some scrolling, zooming and knowledge of Auckland topography is required to locate place where one wants to park) correct bay gets allocated.
5. very bad communication and hasty decisions with impatient people.... thanx god we have other good car parking apps with friendly staff is our area like Kerb.
6. I've used this app to park at busy locations around central Auckland for years with ease and it has always worked exactly as it should, with a very user friendly app and helpful updates/emails ahead of time when one of my previously used car parks is closed on a particular day.
7. If you want to park longer than 12 hours you're slugged their new fee structure early bird and standard fees, which will make parking more expensive than before.
8. Possible breach of privacy should sound an alarm bell already... The real fun started after recent upgrade: I use one carpark only, but it's a real mission to "bookmark" it.
9. "Save to favorites" option is not available after parking session starts and even when it's visible it takes and effort to find it.
10. I located and reserved a car park in advance, which included handy photos to finding that particular carpark.
11. Once found and saved a "favorite" is of not much use: the workplace carpark I saved kept showing "0 bays available" when selected as favorite.
