1. With this app you can organise in an easy way and simple the traditional Secret Santa game. - Ask your friends the email address where they are going to receive a Secret Santa card with the name of their "Secret Santa" target. - Add the email address and the name of all participants into the app. - After all participants has been added, enter a short description with the conditions of the game (usually it should be the max/min cost of the gift, the place or when it is going to be interchanged the gifts). - Once every participant has been added, press the send button and automatically the app is going to assign the Secret Santa to everyone and send the email to all user.
2. The emails are not saved and are not used for any other use which is not send the Secret Santa card.
3. Once these emails have been sent, they will be removed after 30 days.
1. Its unfortunate this is happening cause I really liked this app, it was super simple. It doesn't do the one thing it is supposed to do! Once you have entered all the names and email addresses, and hit send, it asks for "criteria" in the form of a paragraph, but then it doesn't send the messages and tells you that "the emails couldn't be sent, try again." It doesn't make any sense, why does it need a criteria in the form of a paragraph? If anything, it should allow you to select your criteria from a predefined list of options, or customize it.
2. Just enter everyone's email addresses, touch send arrow when ready to send out the emails with the name picks, enter the $ limit, other rules or guidelines for gift choices and then send.
3. There is no option in the app to tell you if you misspelled and email, and no confirmation that the emails were sent correctly, also it doesn't keep track of the draws you do nor provide an option to do it with multiple groups. This is our second year using this app.
4. I put the details and names and email addresses in and just constantly got the message, "emails couldn't be sent, try again later ", so for me, the app doesn't do the one thing it is meant to do.
5. So if you do use it, make sure everyone gets it, and if u have to attempt multiple times, make sure the instructions are different each time so you can tell the difference. These apps only have one purpose, sending the emails out to the participants with the randomly assigned names.
6. I tried again sending it to my email and other emails of mine (gmail and hotmail) as a test and nothing! Tried for a 3rd time and no emails yet.
7. I followed the instruction but when I try to send it I keep getting this message stating that the email couldn't be sent and to try again.
8. The first time I used it the emails took more than an hour to arrive which was fine, not a huge deal, however we had to do the draw all over again and the second time the dome of the emails never arrived.
9. Super simple, just input names and email addresses, push send, and should be done.
10. You can also set up the selection to make sure couples don't pick each other or people that may not get a long, we all have them in our families.I had to send 2, because the first one didn't send to everyone.
11. I sent the emails over 4 hours ago and only some of the people on the list received it.
