1. EX: I tried to fuel this morning and the app stated "Pump is not available" after 3 times trying to connect, the app stated that I had exceeded my tries and would have to wait 24 hours before I can again access.
2. Other times it forgets who you are altogether for no conceivable reason, or fails to recognize your credit card info, even after having entered it (and anything else) correctly.I have been using this app for about two years now.
3. In the last couple years the app has guided me to stations long out of business and to stations with pump prices much higher than those stated on the app.
4. I guess getting it to work one out of 3 times is OK.Update: in an area with limited service, app decides to update while I'm sitting at the pump.
5. Previous app worked great but now with this one I cannot get past the password after selecting pump and payment method.
6. Why switch to a MUCH worse and more glitchy version with a nearly identical interface?Why did I have to update to this garbage? My 76 app worked fine.
7. When I reset my password the text boxes were not visible until I tapped around the screen and selected one.
8. The interface is incredibly glitchy, when I tried to log in, I had to do "forgot password" for some reason.
9. clearing data from settings helps for about two minutes before it glitches again.When I initially signed up, I was using the Conoco app without any issues.
10. But you're going to have people honking at you in line because it takes so long to get into the app..I was fine with the Philips 66 app,this app is literally useless, I can't use it because it won't stop glitching.
11. The boxes for filling in information don't show up, you get a blank white screen and have to tap around to find the input box.
