1. I would recommend this app to anyone seeking a remote access to getting a live look at the location up on whether it be a seasonal cabin, boat dock, or any other areas where surveillance is desired.Camera doesn't allow WiFi connection.
2. Motion detector is to slow, object is run away before recording starts, and nothing is shown in the footage...Latest update (2.2.2.73) removes the timestamp from the notification in Android, rendering it totally useless and pointless for me.
3. Camera needs to detect motion to disable power saving mode and then it is possible to connect to device.
4. Why did you remove this essential feature from the app? What is the point of alerting me the camera has been activated, but not when!?!?Audio does not switch via bluetooth to ear buds !!!!!!!! Major flaw in the app.
5. Hard to recommend, but if you're using it chances are you'll don't have any other options.Impossible to connect to camera in power saving mode.
6. Is it because my camera is too old for the new app update? It is Version 1.0.9.6 Model GMAPP4 (SMART).fixed now working g okHello.
7. We have reinstalled app and reset camera etc as we did in August so am pretty sure it is an app problem rather than the camera.It certainly allows your to view and download videos on your phone.
8. camera and mobile give notifications for motion as in the first week.
9. And the masking out areas for triggering doesn't seem to work properly, so I get loads of recordings that I don't need.Until this latest update all was well.
10. We have an extremely slow internet where the cameras are installed but the app still allows us to navigate from one camera to the next.
11. Although there was no reply a couple of days later it was working again and has been fine until this morning when we have exactly the same problem.
Bonjour j ai réussi à charger 2 caméras Chacon wifi dome, mais je peux seulement en contrôler 1 seule, sur la 2eme je n ai pas les outils d amorcage desamorcage, direction, photo, son. La 1ere fonctionne très bien mais pas la 2eme. Sur l écran d acceuil la 1ere a l imagepas l autre ca indique simplement qu elle est connectée. Merci de votre Réponse

Can’t connect my camera to the internet
I have OMGuard HD app set up on my Android mobile phone, to be able to view my CCTV cameras. However until a week ago, it was all working fine, but since then I am unable to view the clip recordings of events, I just keep getting a black screen and I am not sure why this is...? I would be so extremely grateful of your help and assistance in this matter. I have tried re-installing the app again to see if that would make any difference, but unfortunately it still isn't working. I will look forward to your response soon.
