Thanks dev!One who are saying that after update file invalid it's not a issue of latest version you should create a new file and after update there are two issues we are facing the most one is when we create a file in any server it says server busy an other one speed is slow than older version old tunnel was great than this please try to fix this issue than I will rate it 5 star ThanksThe app is fast but disconnects frequently.

Internet is expensive in my country and the half price configurations that I used in this software were useful for me and it had a good speed, but now after a week this software does not work, please take care.

3. It would be nice if there were a paid option to eliminate the ads.The app has a nice interface (even if it is only light mode), but without support for publickey authentication, it's difficult to recommend this app to fellow power users like myself.

4. It must have a tool like "tethering and hotspot" where the user can easily connect a desktop PC/laptop to the phone wirelessly via hotspot through the app.Import function is not working properly.

1. Fix OpenTunnel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OpenTunnel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OpenTunnel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OpenTunnel" » Open OpenTunnel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OpenTunnel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OpenTunnel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OpenTunnel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OpenTunnel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OpenTunnel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OpenTunnel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OpenTunnel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OpenTunnel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OpenTunnel not working

2. Fix OpenTunnel Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OpenTunnel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OpenTunnel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OpenTunnel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
