Why should I report an Issue with Rapid Inject PRO - Tunnel VPN?

1. Try and fix it if possible, thanks.It was great app at first but everything changed when it started given problems like, when you try to connect and it starts to authenticate, it will just bounce back to connecting so I changed the sever and it not working at all, I used MMS when setting my APN, it was coming at first but now,is not coming at all so pls I need help How should I set my APNExcellent vpn, everything works you just have to variate the settings and clear cache to obtain proper functionality.

2. Downside however is that it is slow when outside of the city and also unable to connect for online calls for voice and video.(Hope u work on that for the remaining two star ratings.) Good job so far though for connectivity n app stability n speed improvements👍🏽This app is really amazing but the issue I have with it is the slow connection especially when it get to MB uploads and also sometimes I have to restore data factory before I can get a good connection again.

3. The reason why i wont rate it a 5 star is because it jxt automatically stops after some period of time ...i think it has an mb limit so u have to disconnect and reconnect but in all most of the server connection problem has been fixed in the new update.

Thank u guys😚Very fantastic app, but the problem I'm facing now is, when I tap on the connect, it will be connecting though but if it tries to Authenticate, it will then bounce back to connecting, I'm worried, please do something about it, because I can't have access to the internet with the app.

1. Fix Rapid Inject PRO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rapid Inject PRO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rapid Inject PRO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rapid Inject PRO" » Open Rapid Inject PRO - Tunnel VPN » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rapid Inject PRO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rapid Inject PRO - Tunnel VPN app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rapid Inject PRO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rapid Inject PRO - Tunnel VPN" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rapid Inject PRO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rapid Inject PRO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rapid Inject PRO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rapid Inject PRO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rapid Inject PRO not working

2. Fix Rapid Inject PRO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rapid Inject PRO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rapid Inject PRO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rapid Inject PRO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
