1. Incomplete customer service info, delivery delay, long wait for customer service on phone, (little bit of a language barrier, but polite professional and helpful), MMS set up instructions were texted in duplicate, the second set seeming to contradict the first one.
2. The price, customer service and signal are top notch in my opinion, not sure why other people seem to be having so many issues.Mint has been wonderful, for the marginal area in the mountains where I am now.
3. My previous MVNO's app was barebones and looked like it was designed over a weekend, but at least it actually worked reliably.Bugs in the set up and no support! So I just transferred my number but there's a bug in the setup and it won't let me create an account to link to my new service.
4. The only way to temporarily get service is by restarting my phone, but it's is only a matter of time.I've only had to call customer service once, and the guy spoke perfect English and was very helpful.
5. However, my only and important issue is it is impossible to dial the Customer Service number and reach someone to talk to and get assistance.
6. Found one! Is called visible, seems great!Service is fine, but the app is hot garbage.
7. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they always give me the same fix that does not work.
8. Customer service used a different set of instructions but it got us there.
9. The real issue though stems from the fact that I constantly have no service, even though I show full bars.
10. Phone service works for me.
11. Mint Mobile is a wonderful cellphone carrier with great Talk, Text and Data plans.
Help!! I lost my SIM card and can't find it. I need another ASAP
no complaint. only question. Can we use our Android Watch Devices. Can't locate info on site. Ty.
