1. This card DOES help with your credit score, which is great! WORST customer service, on the planet though! It's like everyone I've talked to, has a chip, on their shoulder, even when you had to stay on the line, for a long time, to get a simple question answered, because there was no other way, to find things out! So crazy!I am having trouble adding my second card to the app.

2. Since last month I have tried to login as normally, and a verification code is sent to my selected medium, but when I enter the verification code and tap next the waiting image graphic is displayed but never logs me in.

3. The automated system is a F U!This card really helped my credit! Have been using for 2 years now.

4. It asks me every single time for a verification code, then I put it in and it's stuck on a loading screen.

5. I was able to easily view my balance, check available credit and pay my bill.

6. The card has also helped improve my credit score, thus the second card.

7. Because there is NO OPTION FOR LOCKED ACCOUNTS IN THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM!!! Mobile app not working properly, customer service sucks.

8. I'd give less than 1 star if it was possible.This is easily the worst Credit Card app I've ever used.

9. I've made multiple payments through it and literally 0 of them had ever gone through, I did not enter my account information wrong I have confirmed it by re-entering it multiple times.

10. Also they charge credit limit at time of application before you're even approved!The app worked well for months.

1. Fix OpenSky Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OpenSky: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OpenSky App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OpenSky" » Open OpenSky® Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OpenSky » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OpenSky® Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OpenSky servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OpenSky® Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OpenSky app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OpenSky might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OpenSky. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OpenSky then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OpenSky not working

2. Fix OpenSky Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OpenSky be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OpenSky not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OpenSky may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
