Why should I report an Issue with Boost Mobile Music Plus?

1. I went to the help menu and done everything that is said to do, even uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and it will not work!! I would give it no stars if I could.Based on your response: What if I don't want to set a "ring tone" for anyone or anything? What if I don't want to give access to my personal information? What if I just want to listen to music? No one needs access to my personal data, lists or contacts.

2. Ringtones is ok but only heard by you when phone ring! They need to have both so the receiver and the caller can enjoy the music from both ends! Please bring back the ringback tones.

3. Its alot of great music from all genere out there your just need to be more creative and stay focus makin the app betteOnly allowed me to download 2 ringtones, the day I bought a monthly subscription, has not allowed me to download nothing since that.

4. Seriously about to switch, my wife's sister came in from Mississippi and her phone works just fine at my house 😡I really loved this app until it insisted that I repurchase all the music I already had on my phone.

5. I would like to see Ring back tone to be available back again though.I am writing about my boost mobile experience as a whole, my privacy is being violated, even after I paid for a private VPN I still have hackers, even after the back up and factory reset.

6. I went into the boost mobile store and was told it would be likely that I would have the same experience even with a new email address and new phone number.

11. This is not right.The app is ok I don't like the fact that the same message repeats over and over no matter what help you select not a big fan of broken records.Sad really, i don't know why i even keep boost I've had the same plan for over 3 years now.

1. Fix Boost Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Boost: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Boost App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Boost" » Open Boost Mobile Music Plus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Boost » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Boost Mobile Music Plus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Boost servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Boost Mobile Music Plus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Boost app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Boost might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Boost. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Boost then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Boost not working

2. Fix Boost Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Boost be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Boost not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Boost may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
