1. Customer support seems to be non existent, and other functions doesn't work as advertised as the app crashes whenever said functions are selected.V4.0 will not load help file on samsung s7 or nexus 10 tablet, otherwise seems fairly easy to use.
2. Too bad, it looked like it had potential, but, the authors do not appear to give a damn about providing support.I'm a casual flyer that doesn't fly enough for an expensive app but this one works great and isa good back up to my paper chart and local knowledge.
3. Really too bad, but if the developer will not offer any support, the app is not worth downloading.Great app during the trial version, when i purchased it, it didnt open and kept saying my subscription had expired.
4. I notified Naviator of my problem, after business hours on Friday, and got my problem resolved by early Saturday morning! Outstanding customer service! And it's a great app that I've used for years.
5. However, the other apps I tried were either missing some important features or were really clunky and not user friendly.Worked fine for 6 months.
6. It is not as detailed as the USA maps but it works when I fly for Search and rescue.I would have rated this app much higher, but I found there is absolutely no technical support.

10. It's unusable now anyhow and I had to fall back to using avare during a recent x-country.Have used all day while flying the skydive plane.
11. Update: as of 7/2/19 I've not received any response to an email I sent the authors about several bugs I found in the program.
