Why should I report an Issue with WhatsTracker : Last Seen and O?

1. Whether consumers will get rollover for the days app is not functioning properly ?"doesn't work,majority of these work okay for the free period they get you to sign up then quit working,don't reply to any messages sent to them,absolutely useless especially for the price.. they don't work don't waste your money...After paying for 2nd time, it stopped working but the Whatstracker team came at time in action and now it's working.

2. Not recommendmore than 3 weeks passed with false notification passed... still matter not resolved...."showing false notification since last week.

3. Please address this and I shall update my review accordingly.Why is this app not working for a week now?! You said 1-2 days max of the system being down.

1. Fix WhatsTracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WhatsTracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WhatsTracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WhatsTracker" » Open WhatsTracker : Last Seen and O » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WhatsTracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WhatsTracker : Last Seen and O app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WhatsTracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WhatsTracker : Last Seen and O" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WhatsTracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WhatsTracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WhatsTracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WhatsTracker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WhatsTracker not working

2. Fix WhatsTracker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WhatsTracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WhatsTracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WhatsTracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
