1. Crickets.not on verizon's full range network, I switched from verizon to visible using the same phone & the service isn't nearly as reliable as verizon's.
2. If any of you are considering switching to Visible by Verizon, DON'T DO IT!!!! Trying to get help with phone or network issues is impossible.
3. So in order to log into my account or to make payments I have to set the app to only run on mobile network not wifi.Visible notified me on Sunday that I needed to upgrade, but my phone is not compatible (even though my boyfriend has the SAME PHONE and was able to upgrade).
4. When I first got the service my phone wasn't compatible so I had to swap in my nice phone, for a cheaper phone through visible.
5. Later, I bought a brand new phone that qualified with visible and now a few months later visible is claiming my phone is no longer compatible and they need to "update" the network.
6. The second just went straight to outage.Visible mobile service is prioritized with Verizon.
7. I also found i have to restart my phone at the end of each month of service bc I won't receive calls and texts until I do, strange but not a huge deal once I realized it.
8. I have a masters degree in IT - so its not for the faint-of-heart, but it is worth the $25/month unlimited everything plan to me.After several weeks of being hounded by Visible to upgrade my network, I ordered a new SIM and upgraded.
9. Costs $25 a month but you have to by 3-4 phones a year!!Visible told me they are upgrading their network and my Samsung Galaxy s10+ will no longer be compatible.
10. Considering Visible is a subsidiary of Verizon, which is a terrible company, I'm sure it is just another money making scam.

I Have contacted Visible chat twice, once under Guy Ahoussou account and once under Daniel Funderburk account. Mr Ahoussou has created problems with his Visible cell service and all his email accounts. He is unable to use his Visible service on his cell phone. Mr Ahoussou has a mental medical condition and is not always able to perform tasks for or by himself. I am generally able to assist him with these tasks. His Visible service is paid for by me with a bank account in my name. I have his Visible account number and various other pieces of information. I would greatly appreciate being able to get his Visible service active on his cell phone. Please assist me in getting the service activated for him. Again, his participation in assisting with this is not generally possible. I am well aware of the need for his privacy however this is most urgent. I need to get this corrected without depending on his assistance. Please let me work with someone who can help me with this, possibly someone in an elevated position with authority to override the standard operating procedure. Thank you
