1. But this is now a waste of my subscription and I have to cancel it due to it not working.Do not waste your money!! Multiple glitches in the application where you either start getting notifications from other users or do not get notifications at all! Put in a request from the seller within 10 days of having purchased the subscription and they refuse to give me a refund now.

2. I decided to change 1 of the numbers I was tracking and then I removed it but for some reason it's still tracking that number that I no longer require to track but the app stop tracking the numbers that I am currently tracking.

1. Fix WhatStat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WhatStat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WhatStat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WhatStat" » Open WhatStat : WhatsApp Online Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WhatStat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WhatStat : WhatsApp Online Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WhatStat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WhatStat : WhatsApp Online Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WhatStat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WhatStat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WhatStat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WhatStat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WhatStat not working

2. Fix WhatStat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WhatStat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WhatStat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WhatStat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
