• Hello, purchased my OKP k7 robot from Amazon less than 1 year ago. I am locked out of my Amazon account indefinitely and can’t obtain my reciept. Amazon told me to contact you directly for warranty repair of my robot. I need a call back asap at JJL62180@redacted my name is John & Sara is my wife regarding how to send it back for repair. I am patiently waiting on an urgent reply on this matter for I paid $250 for my vacuum and it is inoperable. Thank you and looking forward to resolve.

• I haven't used my cleaner for couple of months and I believe the battery is dead. I put rhe robot in the deck foe two days and the red light stills blinking. The manual says thatbI need to reach out to service for directions. Please advice.
