This app should be improved ASAP.It worked for couple of days, and after that can not reach server error keeps popping up, even after uninstalling it and reinstalling it...the web service is working fine...from the same network...very disappointing...the app was great, but it seems there is an issue with the connection...please FIX, so I can give 4-5 starsWorst and slowest bank app I've ever used for a bank.

2. As well the Bank has to open more features free of charges such as domestic transfers....etc and doesn't have to charge clients for every feature.A good start, though a bit too late.

3. Please check the commonwealth bank app and learn from it or at least try to make something similar.It's a good initiative grin the NBE to facilitate the financial process to customers but the app lacks a lot and seems to be very poor in terms of look, adaptability and features.

4. UI remake can be done by adjusting the dimensions of the objects.. I really appreciate your effort for making this app it is a great step forward for the bank.. waiting for the next huge update..After using the app for 2 months, it started giving a wrong credentials error even though I am 100% sure about it.

5. All you can do is just checking your bank account summary, you can't even process or check some of the most principle features inside the app, such as internal and domestic transfers.

6. But it uses not all services provided by your site as :password change,redeem and amend certificates.also the intrnal and domestic transfers not activated due to the hard tokens shortage which should be replaced with software tokens.any way it is reliable and useful applicatin.

7. The simple operation to transfer money to another account requires "hard token" hardware which is not available at any branch.UI design seems like it's coming from a kid drawing random things on his notebook.

8. Credit card summary doesn't show the available credit, it only shows the balance and you need a further step to show it.A very poor UI, fonts, design and everything about App.

9. Cons: 1.Does not support Android autofill framework which needs to enter the password everytime, preventing samsung pass that uses biometrics from work.

1. Fix NBE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NBE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NBE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NBE" » Open NBE Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NBE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NBE Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NBE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NBE Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NBE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NBE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NBE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NBE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NBE not working

2. Fix NBE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NBE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NBE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NBE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
