1. this app isnt the real app so look for and app called "Oculus" not this one, just dont get this trash app it dosent help at allthis app has given me muitlple thoughts of depression trying to get it to work the thought of waking every day hoping it will work it is the ultimate example of insanity hoping and waking up for weeks hopeing it will work ive had fallen greatly to wear i cant get back up i truly want this to be fix i am tired of this crashing and repeating hopeing for a different outcome please end this fix this crashing issue please end my painThis app is a scam it does not work at all you're just stuck on the same screen it isn't even the real Oculus app and it sucks do not install it's a waste of your time.This app is a joke.

How companies are supposed to adopt these devices is beyond me.the app won't even open I've tried and all it does is waste my time I have the headset but can't use it because I can't even open the app worst money I've ever spentit wont even let me in so fix that bug first! i had t delete 3 apps just for it to work for 1 second! the only reason i still have it so i can try to play robloxVery hard to run and can not connect Oculus.

3. As for the point of this app, I really honestly have no clue what it is for.i cant even open the app before it crashes, so i would suggest getting the acual app on your phone beacuase i tried getting this on my chromebook but it would not work at all.

4. All I was trying to do was pair my oculus but the app wasn't available , so I tried this one hoping it would help but all it did was make me even more annoyed.

5. Tried to reboot the phone, reinstall the app, deactivate and activate antennas, and nothing.If you are trying to connect your VR headset this is NOT the app.

1. Fix Oculus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Oculus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Oculus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Oculus" » Open Oculus for Business » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Oculus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Oculus for Business app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Oculus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Oculus for Business" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Oculus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Oculus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Oculus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Oculus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Oculus not working

2. Fix Oculus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Oculus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Oculus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Oculus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
