Why should I report an Issue with WhatStat : Online Tracker?

1. Service not working, logs are not displaying!! I contacted support twice but no response!! Which is so bad!! If you have a technical problems, then why you are accepting payments??? Why such unacceptable act، Awful service, awful, costumer service??? You took my many & sold me useless app!!!I have yet to find one of these apps to be completely accurate.

2. now this has become the worst application with just a few hours tracking and one number service, also no accurate readings.

3. Not at all tracked the given number even though the number was 'online' & 'off-line' several times within the period of about 3 hours in which the app was showing as 'tracking'! After 3 hours, they demand you to go for Premium plan.

4. actually few months back, this was a great application, which gave us 72 hours of trial and accurate readings, with two number tracking advantage.

5. Btw I also have Premium and allowed 3 numbers to track but it has only ever accepted 2 numbers to track.one of the worst application for tracking these days.

6. All the time during its 'tracking'(?) it didn't track at all and the data was '0' minutes online!I have sent 4 emails.

1. Fix WhatStat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WhatStat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WhatStat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WhatStat" » Open WhatStat : Online Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WhatStat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WhatStat : Online Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WhatStat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WhatStat : Online Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WhatStat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WhatStat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WhatStat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WhatStat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WhatStat not working

2. Fix WhatStat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WhatStat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WhatStat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WhatStat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
