1. Try to ensure sufficient vehicles during pick hour which is very important.The problem is that I had to pay extra money just bcz the driver messed up the destination and took me to wrong place whereas I inserted the exact location... It was obviously not my fault so why I had to pay extra fees??The most useless app in the market The fare was increased due to traffic jams then again was decreased from the initial fare,somehow then the window went to pay by cash mode where initial there were no cash method...Totally unfriendly and slow app.

2. Cash option was easy for us,since when bkash payment system have started i have been cheated by some drivers.i think you should again start cash payment option, otherwise this app is useless for many people.This is not acceptable at all.

3. I booked three rides at morning of 12th February 2023 and among those two rides were canceled and one was successful but Obhai cut amount of all three rides from my bKash account.

4. Also the payment system is absolutely a big problem due to only bkash and no cash.

5. Rates have gone up exponentially as well.I have tried 10 more times from different places to book a ride via the Obhai app, but I have not been successful in getting a CNG.

6. First of all, no one accept the request at busy hour, even though the drivers with obhai stickers are seating in front of me doing nothing.

1. Fix OBHAI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OBHAI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OBHAI App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OBHAI" » Open OBHAI » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OBHAI » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OBHAI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OBHAI servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OBHAI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OBHAI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OBHAI might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OBHAI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OBHAI then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OBHAI not working

2. Fix OBHAI Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OBHAI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OBHAI not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OBHAI may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
