1. Until then, I cannot condone using this app.Constantly freezing, have to close and reopen so many times while trying to make trades, then I miss the targets..... sooooo frustrating! Update December 2021... Whatever they did with the login page NEEDS TO GO!!! it switches me over to some other place, tries to log me in... then switches back to the app, but then back to the log in and cycles again and again and I can't get in! It was fine before! People have active trades FIX THIS!!!This app needs work!! Always getting knocked out of sessions and having to login again and again.

2. Never an order is executed at asked price, sometimes the fees are through the roof with no reason and sometimes orders are just not filled or closed.1- Please Please Please add a feature to set the alarms, ON CHART.

3. You have to uninstall & reinstall in order to get back to the demo mode.I love what they're trying to do , but it falls short of working.

6. 5-please allow to choose an offset for the SMA alerts.It has both a demo and live account.

7. I use the demo for training and backtesting and I use the live, with $20 in it, to test strategies with real money.

8. However, if you set stop profits & losses once the trade has closed it won't allow you to go back & look at it to determine exactly how much you've made/loss.

9. So if you invest in something and that asset stays at the same price for one year, at the end of the tear you lost all your money.

10. 3-Could you please add an option to show both bid and ask lines, simultaneously on chart? We definitely need it.

11. I am using the Galaxy s20 Note, and the graph will lag repeatedly, or even freeze, especially when I'm putting in an order.

1. Fix OANDA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OANDA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OANDA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OANDA" » Open OANDA - Forex trading » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OANDA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OANDA - Forex trading app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OANDA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OANDA - Forex trading" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OANDA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OANDA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OANDA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OANDA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OANDA not working

2. Fix OANDA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OANDA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OANDA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OANDA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
