1. I love using this app—it has tons of helpful resources and commentary, and it helps me understand the scriptures at a deeper level.

2. The internet connection in my house gets pretty spotty on occasion, and then the app takes forever to load.This app is wonderful, and has greatly enhanced my scripture study! It makes it easier for me to stay engaged with the verses displayed in paragraph form.

3. However, in the last 5 minutes, 3 times I've gone into one of the options in the study guide, like book of mormon minute or something in the insights, and I cant get back to the scriptures.

4. Of the extra features at the bottom of the screen, I especially love the quotes and charts.

5. I only downloaded the app recently and started reading then, but the plan is set to start in January.This app is helpful for enhancing my scripture study.

1. Fix ScripturePlus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ScripturePlus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ScripturePlus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ScripturePlus" » Open ScripturePlus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ScripturePlus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ScripturePlus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ScripturePlus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ScripturePlus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ScripturePlus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ScripturePlus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ScripturePlus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ScripturePlus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ScripturePlus not working

2. Fix ScripturePlus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ScripturePlus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ScripturePlus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ScripturePlus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
