3. He will keep all things relevant to an engaged learner, and point out areas that may need more work, or even inspire the learner to other documents and teaching that will benefit them!Very educative and well versed, plus a clear and well taught as to facilitate understanding of scriptures.

4. Great content, would add a star for favoriting, option in the menu to only display loved and only display favorites, and a scroll bar that can be dragged for quick scrolling (it takes a while to scroll through the whole list).

5. Would give five stars after slight useability changes, keep up good work.While I like the way you can save your favorite KnoWhys easily, it's not current.

6. As I write this review, the most recent KnoWhy on the website is August 25, 2020 Whereas, the most recent KnoWhys on the app are from March 2020.

7. I'll be using the website.This is awesome! People say it's lacking because it "doesn't update" , yet the apps of man are not the teacher.

1. Fix KnoWhy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KnoWhy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KnoWhy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KnoWhy" » Open KnoWhy by Book of Mormon Centr » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KnoWhy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KnoWhy by Book of Mormon Centr app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KnoWhy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KnoWhy by Book of Mormon Centr" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KnoWhy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KnoWhy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KnoWhy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KnoWhy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KnoWhy not working

2. Fix KnoWhy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KnoWhy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KnoWhy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KnoWhy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
