1. It's packed full of inspirational stuff and helps me study topics.This app really helps you keep up on your studying and it teaches you new important things that relate to your daily life'sthere are so many different tools and ways to learn about our Savior, Jesus Christ.

2. Also has no way remove personal data that was collected, looks like the information maybe sold and or given to third-party companies.I. Love.

3. App don't show good control over customer service and protection from saving personal date and information collected.

4. I love the daily reminders, a place to record thoughts, screens that you can really delve into or not, short videos and long ones.

5. Most of all I love that included in the app are links a number of other CFM podcasts.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix We Believe Issues

1. Fix We Believe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart We Believe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the We Believe App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "We Believe" » Open We Believe » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for We Believe » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear We Believe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from We Believe servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "We Believe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check We Believe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, We Believe might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall We Believe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall We Believe then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing We Believe not working


2. Fix We Believe Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make We Believe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to We Believe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, We Believe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
