1. Now the UX is bloated with a lot of uninteresting products and it became a spamming machine instead of a bank app.Locked out of the app, can't pass by the fingerprint screen anymore, had uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn't solved.I have 1 and a half years with this card and I have paid it in full every month without any delay and a week ago they blocked my card without being able to unlock it due to their own mistakes.Unbelievable, I just spent hours on the chat, talking to 3 different people, emails and print screens flying back and forth, reboot the phone, log in, log out, jumping thru all sorts of hoops for the last guy to tell me the answer to my issue is supposedly very simple.

For a company how always says be different from big banks, nowadays, his application is worse.I just reinstalled the app and after login I can't even use the app, only see a black screen with a white navigation barThe app has improved significantly, sometimes it takes a while to load, but definitely it's in a better state.

3. Adding a virtual card, the application shows that it has given an unknown error and no matter how many tries, it does not work or the inconsistency is clearly displayed.

4. The developers are doing a great job, as well as everyone in the team behind the Nubank app project! One detail (suggestion) I think everyone would love and that could be added in the app is the option for dark mode, so we can have dark-themed UI with darker screen.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Nubank Issues

1. Fix Nubank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Nubank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Nubank App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nubank" » Open Nubank: conta, cartão e mais » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nubank » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Nubank: conta, cartão e mais app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nubank servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nubank: conta, cartão e mais" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Nubank app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nubank might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Nubank. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nubank then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nubank not working


2. Fix Nubank Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nubank be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nubank not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nubank may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
